As a Paralegal at our firm, you will provide essential support to our lawyers in various practices. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries;
Drafting legal documents, contracts, and procedural filings;
Assisting in due diligence and document review for internal investigations;
Managing case files and coordinating communication with clients and authorities;
Supporting lawyers in trial preparation and court proceedings;
What We Look For:
A law degree (or ongoing legal studies) with strong academic performance (priority is given to applicants with degrees from Moscow State University, MGIMO, or Kutafin Moscow State Law University)
Excellent research and writing skills
Fluency in Russian and English (additional languages like German are a plus)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment

As a Partner in our White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s growth and leading high-stakes legal matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Representing clients in corporate fraud, money laundering, and compliance investigations
Leading internal investigations and regulatory defense cases
Advising corporate clients on risk management and sanctions compliance
Expanding the firm’s practice through business development and client relationships
Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the practice
Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach
Actively engaging in client relationship management to ensure long-term partnerships
What We Look For:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in White Collar Defense
Advocate status in Russia
A law degree with strong academic performance (priority is given to applicants with degrees from top Russian law schools, e.g. Moscow State University, MGIMO, or Kutafin Moscow State Law University)
Proven track record of handling complex criminal and regulatory cases
Strong client network and ability to develop business opportunities
Fluency in Russian and English (other languages are an advantage)
Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
